The Australian Research Council's Small Business research investigates, from the perspective of small business owners, the level of financial and commercial literacy of small business owners.
It will investigate improved ways to support and provide resources to small business owners in independent businesses (sole traders, partnerships, companies etc) in urban, regional and remote areas of Australia.
It is anticipated that the research will promote financial health and sustainability of small businesses and lead to greater levels of financial literacy in the future.
