The Building Industry Fairness Act is replacing the BCIPA. The second stage, including reforms to progress payments and adjudication will commence on 17 December 2018.
If you make claims or receive claims or supplies and are in the industry you need to be on top of these new changes to ensure you payments are made and your rights to withhold payments are upheld.
