The QLD Governments new Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017 came into form in April 2018.
In summary, if you use a labour hire provider, you must ensure that the labour hire provider is licensed or that their licence application is being processed. If you are employed by a labour hire provider, you must ensure they are licensed.
